Dollie Hicock, ACP
Dollie has over two decades of bankruptcy paralegal experience, and we are lucky to have her on our team. Prior to joining WP&P, Dollie worked for 19 years as a bankruptcy specialist for Crowley Liberatore, PC and its predecessors, and for 20 years as a collection paralegal. She graduated from Tidewater Community College with a Certificate in Paralegal Studies and received a designation of Certified Paralegal with an Advanced Certification in Bankruptcy from the National Association of Legal Assistants. She also is a member of the Tidewater Paralegal Association and has served as a teaching instructor for members looking to take the Paralegal Exam.
We are so fortunate to have Ms. Kelley on our team. With 20 years of experience as a Case Administrator for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk Division , she brings not only extensive experience and professionalism to our firm, but also invaluable relationships with the court staff.
Prior to working for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Ms. Kelley worked for ten years as a Litigation Paralegal in the private sector.
Ms. Bungert has been an integral part of this law firm for over thirty years. Her experience and knowledge of the bankruptcy process and the positive relationships she’s developed over the decades with court staff, trustees, and the rest of the bankruptcy community make her are an invaluable asset to our team and our clients. She began her career as a bankruptcy paralegal at Alexander P. Smith and Associates, P.C., along with Neil Winchester and Jim Pedigo. She is a Virginia Beach native and enjoys going to church and spending time with her family when she’s not working.
Receptionist & Administrative Coordinator
Meet Rachel Ryan, our Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator. She’s been a part of our team for over a year and exudes a professional and positive attitude while also respecting everyone’s privacy and need for discretion. Rachel recently completed her Associates Degree in General Studies at Tidewater Community College and is now pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree. A native of Chesapeake, she now resides in Hampton with her husband, who serves in the United States Air Force, and their two pets, Charlie the Yorkie, and Chester the cat.
Sabrina J Heffernan
Sabrina is a graduate from Tidewater Community College’s Paralegal Program where she obtained an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies. She is continuing her education at Regent University for her Bachelor’s in Professional Studies- Government. In her spare time, she enjoys concerts, festivals and outings with her husband and six children.
